Her commitment extends beyond office hours, offering round-the-clock availability to swiftly address and resolve any issues, ensuring that our travelers’ journeys are seamless and exceptional.

With an impressive tenure of over 17 years in the travel industry, Fiorela’s career is a tapestry of diverse roles ranging from tour guiding in Ica and Lima to hotel management. Each role has been a steppingstone, enhancing her comprehensive understanding of the sector and cementing her commitment to excellence.

Fiorela's academic background is equally distinguished, with a Master’s in Tourism Marketing complementing her degree in tourism and hotel management. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge is evidenced by a myriad of specialized courses, including a 2017 photography course, a diploma in strategic administrative management, and seminars on local tourism, psychology, and communication. She is also proficient in major global booking systems like SABRE, KIU, and RESIBER.

Her professional journey is studded with milestones, notably her recognized leadership in tourism. Her problem-solving prowess and ability to perform under pressure ensure that our clients' experiences are not only satisfying but exceed expectations in quality and service.

Fiorela’s work philosophy is deeply rooted in a meticulous attention to detail, results-driven focus, and formidable organizational skills.
